Biomedal S.L. and its partner, the startup Olavide Neuron STX SL seek a highly qualified PhD-level researcher to join their R&D team in Sevilla, focusing on innovative diagnostic solutions related to neurodegenerative diseases and age-associated therapies.

• Position mission and responsibilities: The researcher will design, develop, and validate immunoassays such as ELISA for detecting pharmacological biomarkers, and contribute to translational research projects including preclinical validation with animal models.

• Candidate requirements: Candidates must hold a PhD in relevant fields and have proven experience with ELISA and other immunoenzymatic techniques, immunohistochemistry, qPCR, Western Blot, experimental design, statistical analysis, autonomous project management, teamwork skills, and English proficiency.

• Preferred qualifications and benefits: Preferred experience includes at least one year in biotech or pharmaceutical industry focusing on biomarkers, animal model research, knowledge in neurodegenerative diseases, multiplexed techniques, regulatory frameworks (IVDR), scientific publications or patents, and notable personal achievements.
